Michael Bainbridge
Michael Bainbridge is a photographer and filmmaker based in Melbourne. He studied photography in the late 90’s before taking a different path. After a degree in Multimedia, he re-invigorated his love for the still image.
Michael investigates the stories of everyday people and places, looking to capture unique honest moments. He does not feel that he is limited to one particular genre of photography although recent projects exploring social issues and development have harboured strong interest.
Over the past 15 years I have completed studies in photography at Photographic Imaging Centre, a Bachelor of Multimedia at Monash University and News Ltd Award School as well as participated in the NEIS program to start up a business.
Clients I have worked for include, City of Melbourne, Anglicord, CumminsRoss, AidWorthy, nab, Laos PDR, Australian Business Arts Foundation in addition to many others.
